Building a Place of TRUST

Thanks to google ads and Christmas, over the past two weeks, Soda&Soap has received so many more bookings. And the more I showed up for the customers, the more I wondered “Will I be able to build a place of TRUST with our return customers using non-deposit policy?”
At the very start of the business, I had a policy of paying full price before cleaning. It soon evolved to 50% deposit. The deposit protects the company and the cleaners from any sudden cancellations, at the same time, 50% is an acceptable percentage for our customers. This system of fairness came from the place of self-protection.
Howevr, I would like to push the company’s boundary. Beyond self-protaction, there is TRUST. I realized, when there is trust, the interaction becomes fluent and joyful, and that is the relationship I want with my customers.
Therefore, I have changed the 50% policy to non-deposit policy for our return cusotmers. Soda&Soap will keep showing up at our best.
