No Check-List but Observation.

We train our cleaners to know how to clean dirt instead of how to clean different objects. We know how to clean from the ceiling to the floor., so within the time frame, we will observe what needs to be cleaned and clean it with care.

Besides the hygiene aspect, cleaning is very much about looks and smell, and most importantly what the customer cares about. We have been not using any lists, but our obserations, to provide the results that tailor to each customer’s needs.
